Sporting Kansas City loses to Minnesota in MLS is Back Tournament Featured

Minnesota United scored 2 goals during stoppage time to edge Sporting Kansas City in 2-1 in the MLS is Back Tournament in Florida Sunday night.

Sporting scored the first goal in the 43rd minute of play, on a goal by Khiry Shelton. Minnesota tied the match in the 2nd minute of stoppage time on an own goal. Minnesota scored the winning goal in the 7th minute of stoppage time.
It was the first match for Sporting since March 7th.
Sporting Kansas City next plays Friday against Colorado. The match will be broadcast on ESPN2.
