Lyon County has left the state's top 10 for total coronavirus cases since the pandemic began, based on data from the Kansas Department of Health and Environment.

Johnson County tops the category with over 9,300 cases, followed by Sedgwick County with over 7,800 and Wyandotte County with almost 6,500. Riley County, with over 1,100 cases, replaces Lyon County for 10th place.
