RELEASES STORM SPOTTER TRAINING SCHEDULE

Severe weather season
doesn't officially begin until March, but the National Weather Service offices
in Topeka and Wichita have released their schedules for storm spotter training.
The training sessions
give information on basic thunderstorm development, storm structure, notable
cloud features, how to report storm information and basic severe weather
safety.

Greenwood County
