Cleveland powers past Royals Featured

The Cleveland Indians scored 2 runs in the bottom of the 8th on a home run by Jose Ramirez off of Greg Holland giving the Indians a 4-2 win over the Kansas City Royals Wednesday afternoon.

Salvador Perez hit a solo home run in the 4th inning giving the Royals a 1-0 lead. Cleveland scored 2 runs in the 6th inning on the first 2 run home run of the game by Jose Ramirez. The Royals tied the game in the 7th inning when Kyle Isbel scored on a Nicky Lopez single. The Royals and Indians split the 2 game series.
The Royals open a weekend series in Chicago with the White Sox Thursday afternoon.
