Emporia State soccer improves to 5-0 Featured

The Emporia State womens soccer team shutout Northwest Missouri State 1-0 to improve to 5-0 for the spring season Sunday.

Makenzie Dimarco scored the lone goal of the match with 21:58 to play in the first half.

Jillian Patton picked up her 2nd shutout of the spring.

Emporia State Coach Bryan Sailer said they did what they needed to do to win.

The Emporia State soccer team plays at Fort Hays State Thursday.
