Emporia High sophomore Allie Weiss is in first place after eight dives in the Class 5-1A State Diving Championships in Lenexa. Weiss has a score of 320.55 leading Maize South's Sydney Schumaker by 32.70 points. Diving finals will kickoff Saturday's events at 9 a.m. at Shawnee Mission District Aquatic Center.
