Emporia State womens basketball rolls in exhibition game

The Emporia State womens basketball team rolled to a 94-37 win over Central Methodist Wednesday night.

7 of the 9 Lady Hornets scored in double figures led by Rheanna Egli with 15 points. Freshman Kelly Moten added 14 points. Amber Vandiver scored 12 points, Haley Parker, Kionna Kellog and Desiree Wylie scored 11 points. Laura Patrick finished with 10 points. Merissa Quick led all rebounders with 10. The Lady Hornets dominated on the boards out rebounding Central Methodist 57-28. The held the Eagles to 27 percent shooting. The Emporia State women return to action Sunday afternoon with a game at Kansas.
