The Kansas City Chiefs improved to 4-0 with a 31-7 win over the New York Giants Sunday.
The Chiefs scored first on a Alex Smith to Sean McGrath touchdown pass. The Giants tied the score on a 69 yard touchdown pass from Eli Manning to Victor Cruz. The Chiefs would take a 10-7 lead into halftime on a Ryan Succop 51 yard fieldgoal. In the third quarter Dexter McCluster would return a punt 89 yards for a touchdown to put the Chiefs up 17-7 going to the 4th quarter. In the 4th Alex Smith would throw 2 touchdown passes, one to Jamal Charles and the other to Dwayne Bowe. The Chiefs are 4-0 to start the season for only the 3rd time in the teams history. Next Sunday they play at Tennessee.
