Hali practices, Houston doesn't

The Kansas City Chiefs continue their preparations for Sunday's battle at home against Denver.

The news on injuries? Linebacker Tamba Hali is looking more and more like he will indeed play after practicing this week.

Fellow linebacker Justin Houston, however, did not practice and is unlikely to play. Both Hali and Houston were hurt in the first half of the Chiefs' 41-28 loss to San Diego this past Sunday.

Cornerback Sanders Commings didn't practice because of a shoulder injury. Offensive linemen John Asamoah and Eric Fisher saw limited practice time yesterday as did defensive end Mike DeVito.

Meanwhile, Broncos Coach John Fox won't be on the sidelines this weekend -- but his return is coming soon. Fox will return to work Monday after suffering a heart procedure Nov. 4.

Don't forget we'll have the Chiefs-Broncos game Sunday afternoon on Country 101.7. Pregame is at 2 pm with kickoff shortly after 3.
