UPDATE: Emporia man awaiting extradition on charges of child pornography

An Emporia man remains jailed on charges of possessing child pornography.
 
James Bryce Fogg, 27, is accused of taking inappropriate photos of a woman and a teenage girl at Omaha's Premier Gymnastics where he was employed. Fogg reportedly moved to Emporia earlier this year where he also was a gymnastics teacher at Sunflower Gymnastics.
 
He was taken into custody Thursday night at his Emporia residence. Police issued a felony warrant after someone reported that Fogg photographed and videotaped females without their knowledge at the Omaha gym.

Police say those photos were taken between November 2016 and July of this year.

An extradition hearing is set for Monday at 12:45 p.m. Records in the case have been sealed.

A former gymnastics teacher has been arrested on child pornography charges in Emporia.

Bryce Fogg, 27, is accused of taking inappropriate photos of a woman and a teenage girl at a gym where he worked.

Omaha, Neb. police say Fogg was taken into custody at his home in Emporia.

Police issued a felony warrant after someone reported that Fogg photographed and videotaped females without their knowledge at a gym in Omaha.

Police say those photos were taken between November 2016 and July of this year.

Fogg is now awaiting extradition to Omaha on a felony charge of manufacturing child pornography as well as other misdemeanor charges.
