The cause of Monday night's fire in Bushong will go down as undetermined.
Emporia Fire Marshal Reason Bradford says the blaze at 104 Main left very little evidence as to what caused the fire or where it started on the property.
Deputies and firefighters from Allen-Admire and Americus responded to the call Monday night, finding fire had already fully engulfed a detached garage at the address. A small grass fire also developed nearby. Fire crews were able to get the fire put out Monday night, but it rekindled briefly Tuesday.
