Concert series continue

Summer concerts continue this week in Emporia.

The Brown Bag concert at the Emporia Public Library features Rockin Rob, who is making his Brown Bag debut, on Wednesday. He promotes fun and education through music and movement. The concert is set to begin at noon at the Friends of the Library Courtyard.

On Thursday, the Emporia Municipal Band will have "Circus Night" with tunes from Richard Rogers, Henry Fillmore and John Philip Sousa. That concert begins at 8 pm at Fremont Park.
