Work continuues as Waters True Value moves from its current location to the former Big Lots store in west Emporia.

Waters True Value is expanding.

The home improvement and hardware store announced Thursday it has finalized an agreement to relocate to the former Big Lots building located at Highway 50 and Industrial.

The move isn't quite finished yet, but Waters True Value welcomed the area to its new, larger store Saturday.
