An injury accident on the Kansas Turnpike sent three elderly people to the hospital the afternoon of Thursday, Oct. 7. The accident happened around 2 pm, at Milepost 115 on the Kansas Turnpike, near the Lyon-Chase County line.
Like many legislators in Topeka, local lawmakers are split on what Wednesday's revised revenue estimates mean for the state moving forward.
