Light snow is possible again for the KVOE listening area Tuesday.

The first winter weather advisories of the season now blanket the entire KVOE listening area. That's because light amounts of freezing rain and snow could cover the area by this time Friday.

A Winter Weather Advisory is now in effect from 3pm Sunday to 9am Monday.

A Winter Weather Advisory is in effect from 6pm Thursday to 6pm Friday, for portions of the KVOE listening area.

A Winter Weather Advisory is in effect for parts of the KVOE listening area from 9pm Friday night, until 6am Saturday.

A Winter Weather Advisory has been issued for most of the KVOE listening area until 5pm Sunday. This advisory comes just as local emergency crews report several accidents in the area, with icy road conditions to blame.

Sunday's winter storm brought snow and sleet, and left behind bitter cold temperatures across much of the KVOE listening area.

Wednesday is Winter Weather Awareness Day, a day where the National Weather Service urges residents statewide to prepare for winter.
