As we head into the Memorial Day weekend, gas prices aren't as low as they were a month ago.

In Emporia, gas prices have actually stayed pretty flat between $1.55 and $1.69 a gallon, although more gas stations are at the high end of the spectrum than they were in late April.

Areawide, Eureka had the lowest gas prices, which were under $1.30 a gallon for better than two months. Now those prices are at $1.63 a gallon.
