Trial in the Senate is next, possibly next month. At least 21 Republicans would have to join Democrats for Trump to be convicted.
Marshall says he's pleased the United States-Mexico-Canada trade agreement, also known as USMCA, is being finalized soon despite the impeachment proceedings the last several months.
Marshall says the end of impeachment in the House means he and other lawmakers in the lower chamber can work on other matters like healthcare and workforce development. He says he's working on a bipartisan legislation to cut prescription costs and the overall cost of healthcare.
