Wasylk trial tentatively set for late February or early March

A Lyon County man accused of secondary involvement in meth crimes will have a pretrial hearing later this month and could well have a trial by late winter.

Dave Wasylk faces 10 counts of aiding and abetting meth production activities of Wes Gohring and Michelle Hernandez-Correa at Wasylk's residence, 2223 Road "H-5," back in August.

Wasylk will have a pretrial hearing Nov. 27 as defense motions are compiled. He could face trial Feb. 24 or 26 or possible March 3, depending on further court proceedings.

All three were arrested after warrants were served at Wasylk's residence and also at 1101 Union, where Gohring and Hernandez-Correa lived.

Gohring faces two sets of charges. He has pretrial hearings Nov. 12 and Nov. 27. Hernandez-Correa has one set of 11 charges. Potential trial dates are Nov. 25, Dec. 2 or Dec. 16.
