Health Center focuses on dental hygiene as part of Health Center Week

The Flint Hills Community Center continues their National Health Center Week activities with an emphasis on dental hygiene Tuesday.

Registered Dental Hygienist Pam Hatch says the clinic stays pretty busy most of the time, but there has been an increase with some free services offered this week.

These services are available for free Tuesday through Friday 8am-5pm at the Emporia location, and 9:30am-4pm Thursday at the Eureka location. Tuesday was also Staff Appreciation Day.

Wednesday will focus on Women's Health, and free annual pap screenings will be held at Emporia from 10am-3pm. Thursday will see an Open House at the Emporia location from 12:30-2:30pm.
