You aren't alone -- but you would be wrong, according to Newman Regional Health dietician Wilma Malone.
She says there are some basic things you can do at home to bring out the taste while eating healthier.

Malone says changes can be made gradually, and besides adding flavor, these methods also will reduce fats or sugars in your diet. She also urges you to watch your portions when you eat.
