KDOT announces bid winners for area projects

KDOT has announced bid winners for several area road and bridge projects.

 

For Lyon County, Mill Valley Construction of Shawnee Mission has won bids to repair bridges on Burlingame Road and Industrial Road over Interstate 35. Estimated cost is around $154,000.

For Osage County, Bryan-Ohlmeier Construction of Paola won bids to replace two bridges on Kansas Highway 170 over Cherry Creek between three and four miles east of the Lyon County line. Estimated cost is almost $1.2 million.

Also, Ram Construction Services of Livonia, Mich., has won the bid to repair several bridges on U.S. Highway 75 in southern parts of the county. Estimated cost is around $372,000.

Construction start dates and timelines were not released.
