Flack to face capital and 'Hard 50' sentences if convicted of quadruple murder

The man accused of a quadruple murder in Franklin County could face a so-called "Hard 50" sentence if convicted.

Franklin County Attorney Stephen Hunting says he will seek that sentence against Kyle Flack in the deaths of Andrew Stout and Steven White last year.

Flack also faces capital murder charges for the deaths of Kaylie Bailey and her daughter, Lana Leigh Bailey.

The crimes allegedly happened near Ottawa in early May, with Flack found in Emporia a few days later.
