The Dirty Kanza is full.
Registration for both the 200-mile race and the Half-Pint 100-miler is closed, with a field limit of 1,200 riders total. Dirty Kanza Executive Director Jim Cummins says that limit was reached in 13 days.
Cummins says that more than exceeds last year's limit.
This year's field of riders will represent 45 states, and countries such as Australia, Canada, Finland, Germany, Great Britain, and Norway.
Registration for the DK Lite is still open. Riders can pre-register at www.bikereg.com. Riders can also sign up the morning of the event, in front of the Granada Theatre.
