Royals Caravan returns to Emporia

Kansas City Royals fans lined up at Bruff's Sports Bar and Grill on Wednesday well before the Royals Caravan made its first stop in Emporia in several years.

Municipal Judge Ted Hollembeak apparently can't get enough of the Royals. He just returned to Emporia from the team's fantasy baseball camp.

McRae was on hand, along with current stars Billy Butler and Aaron Crow, broadcaster Steve Physioc and Sluggerrrr.

Zach Shafer brought his son's onesie for Butler to sign.

Hollembeak says he's excited for the upcoming season after the Royals finished at 86-76 last year, their first winning season in a decade.
