Flint Hills Technical College is in the midst of updating their 5-year strategic plan, as they near the end of the current one. Director of Continuing Education Rachael LeClear says it's subject to change.
The big goals of the next strategic plan include increasing enrollment to 1,000 students, strengthening financial support, enhancing instruction as well as physical and human resources, and student satisfaction and success.
On enrollment, LeClear said the numbers aren't the most important part.
LeClear says there's nothing specific in the current plan in regards to facility expansion. She said the plan is a living document, and FHTC is willing expand as needed.
