The Metropolitan Area Planning Commission's monthly meeting is Tuesday night.
Board members will hear two requests. One comes from Tyson Fresh Meats to change the zoning status of West Hill Mobile Home Park at 2637 Regency from I-2 heavy industrial to MHP mobile home park. Another comes from Calvin Gunkel to change the zoning at 1315 West Ninth from R-1 single-family dwelling to R-2 medium density residential.
Emporia Main Street will also have a presentation on the third phase of its Community-Initiatied Development plan.
The meeting is at 7 pm in White Auditorium City Conference Room 1 AB.
