The Emporia Community Foundation is looking for a part time administrator with the
qualifications listed below. The
estimated time of such administrator would be 15-25 hours per week after

Qualifications:
Required:
1.
Be able to have
regular hours commensurate with the duties as outlined by the board of
directors
2.
To have excellent
writing, managerial, oral and interpersonal skills
3.
To have a working
knowledge of the Microsoft office products and of QuickBooks
4.
To have a working
knowledge of financial statements
Preferred:
1.
Knowledge of the

A proven record
of management, preferably in the non-profit sector
3.
Experience in
public speaking
4.
Capacity to
evaluate community needs with a commitment to various philanthropic concepts
5.
Willingness to
monitor the various Foundation activities and to learn and keep current on all
applicable laws to the Foundation
6.
Four year college
degree or equivalent experience
7.
A working
knowledge of basic bookkeeping concepts.
