· Registration dates January 18^th through February 14^th

· One registration per person, per sponsor location.

· Must be 18 years of age or older to register.

· Registration blank must be filled out completely and legibly.

· Multiple registrations at one sponsor will result in all registrations by that person being removed.

· Winners will be determined by random drawing from each sponsors registration box.

· A person can qualify only once.

· Register through 3 p.m. on Monday, February 15^th

· Winners will be announced Tuesday, February 16^th

· Need not be present to win.

· Winner will be contacted by phone, and must pick up tickets during regular business hours, 8a-5p Mon.-Fri, at the Country 101.7 studios, 1420 C of E Drive, Emporia.

· Proper ID required

· In the event of concerns or conflict. The decision of ERS Inc. will prevail.
