Water main break reported in northwest Emporia neighborhood
Emporia's Underground Utilities Department is busy again Friday. Crews are handling a water main break in the 1600 block of Casa Loma as announced just before 8:40 am. The city says water service in that neighborhood may be affected. Other details are pending.
